Please note, we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. In the event you completed your order and notice the address details you supplied are incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please ensure that the delivery address that you supply through PayPal is the correct address.

We do not entertain any form of refunds or exchanges, unless an incorrect order was received. Furthermore, we also do not entertain cancellation of order once payment has been made.

 

 

(1) How can I pay for my order?

You may pay for our services using PayPal. We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

 

(2) When will my order be shipped ?

Item which is in stock will be shipped within 3-6 working days after order placed.

 

(3) What if ordered item not in stock?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 

(4) Do you ship worldwide, and how much is the postage?

Yes, Or Website will calculate and show you the postage costs on checkout before you pay.

 

(5) What shipping options do you offer?

We're based in Hong Kong 

- International Delivery 

Hong Kong Post Registered Parcel ,with a tracking number provided and delivery signature services. 

We are not responsible for lost packages/items once they are dispatched.

 

(6) How much does the postage cost?

Clothing: $15-$50 per item

The above prices represent individual orders, multiple items will result in a reduced rate per item overall, this will be calculated on checkout before you pay. Currency is based in USD.

 

(7) When will my order arrive?

International orders within a 10-20 working days however this varies from country to country based on your respective customs department.

We have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss or damages for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties, Shades of Silence is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or any delays due to customs department.

 

(8) Will I get a confirmation mail for my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check every filters on your email so message from shadesofslienceinfo@gmail.com doesn't end up in the spam folder.

 

(9) Can I place an express order?

Express mail costs approximately $30-50 depending on weight of the item. It is fully traceable and will be arrived in 3-6 working days once it's shipped.

If you need your order to be upgraded to express mail please let me know via email.

 

(10) What is your return policy?

We take every reasonable effort to ensure every item is thoroughly checked and rendered free of defects before shipping. Proper packaging such as padded envelope/bubble wrap paper/ box will also be in place to minimize the damage during the shipping process.

We also pride ourselves in providing product pictures and every product's truest details.

We do not entertain any form of refunds or exchanges, unless an incorrect order was received. For more inquiries of
 incorrect or damage order received, please contact us via shadesofslienceinfo@gmail.com and  we will advise you on further action.

In the event the item that was originally purchased is out of stock, we will credit the amount back to your original mode of payment. We also do not entertain cancellation of order once payment has been made.
